It is indeed a fan dub which is pretty high quality. Goku sounds just like the real thing. Beerus sounds kinda silly. Beerus's voice reminds me a little too much like an impersonation of Gara of the Sand from Naruto hehe.

But the dub voice for Mr. Satan was the best I think. Bulma's voice was off. Made for a fun re-watch of episode 1. I enjoyed it enough that I know I'll definitely check out the rest of these fan dubbed version episodes. Thanks uploader and thanks to the guys who dubbed it.

Also quality was good despite the small file size.

To the great relief of his friends, Goku is still very much alive. It turns out that Jackie Chun destroyed the full moon instead – thus returning Goku to normal. With his tail again gone, Goku suits up to continue the match.

However, he is weakened by hunger and Jackie Chun by his Kamehameha Wave. Forfeiting isn't an option, though, so they continue fighting – reaching the point where whoever remains standing the longest will win. Ultimately, Goku collapses from exhaustion and loses, but he takes it in stride. Master Roshi is proud of him and to get a hefty prize sum – which is ultimately spent on dinner for the gang. Hour after hour shows no real change in the direction of the match. However, the World Surprise Attack deals Goku a crushing setback. According to Jackie Chun, not even Goku's grandfather could overcome it and endure the sheer pain.

He says he will release Goku after he forfeits the match. Goku does acquire the strength to break free, but only from the full moon. Transforming again, Goku goes on a rampage – threatening to kill Jackie Chun and everyone else. Yamcha and the others already know what to do, but Jackie Chun has another idea – a Kamehameha Wave. The jungle island is full of people, but also full of dangerous places most would prefer to avoid.

Unfortunately, Master Roshi has Goku and Krillin traverse these areas – all for a milk delivery to an old friend. Even worse, they can look forward to doing this every morning for the near future. There is a method to Master Roshi's madness – making them ready to compete in the upcoming World Martial Arts Tournament. The boys are thrilled at the prospect, and they aren't the only ones training for it. A much larger island sees Goku and Krillin's training in full swing.

Retrieving a marked stone from a vast jungle is their first challenge. It is essentially a race, as the winner will get dinner and the loser will go hungry for the night.

Goku relies on his given skills, while Krillin resorts to less ethical methods. Ultimately, Goku finds the stone first, but Krillin swindles him out of it. Things work out for Goku in the end, though, as he avoids food poisoning from the dinner Launch made. Master Roshi agrees to train Goku and Krillin, but they must perform one simple task first – bring him a beautiful woman. Using Nimbus to search, they experience a couple of mix-ups before finally finding the right woman. Her name is Launch, and they bail her out of what appears to be undeserved trouble.

She is happy to work on the island, and Master Roshi is especially happy to have her around. The three guys later learn why she was in trouble before.

A simple sneeze transforms her from a nice girl into an aggressive gun-toting one, and only another sneeze can change her back. There is still time to stop Emperor Pilaf, but the heroes are unfortunately trapped by a wall. Thanks to their shape-shifting powers, Puar and Oolong escape and move it to the Dragon Balls. Oolong's quick interruption gets Shenron's attention and a wish – for a comfortable pair of underwear – is made.
